Anyone doing Restoration work from the new hire tech to the owner this is a must read. Andy McCabe is very knowledgeable and respected in the industry. Also explains everything in plan English and entertaining ways.

This is not a book, it is 60 page packet of a water mitigation overview, this does not stream line a decent water mitigation crew. This lists out the steps required for completing a mitigation. If I had not already taken a water class this may be useful information but it seems pretty generic and does not fill any gaps in your mitigation process. However this may be useful for a new employee that has no mitigation experience. Not the textbook advertised on the 24hour tech 2015 video on youtube. For $50 you might as well just put the money towards buying the IICRC S500. Not worth the money.

Very little data, then author takes you to his site to buy "additional items" like checklist that should have been included in this manual, but was not. Would not recommend

On the book it self it says download the free pack from this URL and when you go download he wants to charge money for it. The old bait and switch. Very frustrating

If you want your techs to follow a step by step system to documenting a water loss job buy this book. It will pay for itself over and over again! Best guide out there for training your techs! 2 thumbs up.

This book cuts the learning curve for technicians and keeps every job folder updated with the latest readings of humidity and moisture % of building materials. WE have been struggling to get our guys to do everything the same way and make sure they capture all the needed info on water losses. The 24 hour tech did that for us. We use it on every water loss and our guys like it because it made there jobs a little easier.
